Returns & Exchange 

Hassle-free returns / exchanges  within Seven ( 7 ) days from the date of the delivery.

Report defective, incorrect, or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery for exchange.

All products except those in the " list of inligible for return " are eligible for exchange at once only.

Ineligible for Return /Exchange List

Due to hygiene conditions following items are not eligible for return/exchange. 

1-Undergarments 

2-Lingaries

3- Perfumes 

Return / Exchange Charges:

We don't charge any fees for the return /reverse shipment .

Refund Method

Refunds for prepaid orders revert to the original payment method, while COD orders receive refund in the bank account.

Refund Processing Time

We process the refund amount within 1 working days of the return Approval .

Adjustment of Store Credit 

In case of the returns /exchanges store credit provided by the Jkexxe will be automatically adjusted.
